01What can I actually use my AI Personal Assistant for?
Almost anything you do by typing or organising information, you can ask your personal AI assistant to help with. Use your voice to plan your day, draft replies and quotes for your review, organise notes and build better records. It can help you WIN customers, RUN your business and BUILD it over time. Tradies Bio® trains you to use your own assistant for your trade and business; you approve anything sent to customers.
02Will the AI automatically send messages or invoices without my knowledge?
No. The operating rule is “AI drafts, tradie approves.” The assistant can help prepare the work, but messages, quotes, invoices and other customer commitments are only sent after you review and approve them.
03Who owns the cloud account and data?
You own and control your external cloud identity, workspace, connected applications and their charges. Tradies Bio® does not keep your passwords, recovery codes or permanent administrator access.
04Is client data safe, and what happens if I stop using the system?
Your external accounts and the information held in them remain under your control. Tradies Bio® protects records held in the PWA through its platform privacy and access controls. If you leave, your external accounts remain yours and any temporary Facilitator access is removed.
05What is the initial setup fee, and what does it include?
The AI-only setup fee is A$770 once. It covers dedicated Facilitator onboarding, installation of the AI Personal Assistant, personal setup, training, 10 working days of support from installation (Mon-Sat, excluding Sundays and NSW public holidays)
06Can I buy the Web App without AI setup?
Yes! The standalone App is A$400 for the initial 365-day term. AI setup is A$770. The initial bundle is A$770 + A$300 = A$1070. Optional initial 3-hour in-person block (incl. round-trip travel) makes AI A$1100 or the bundle A$1400. Three onsite hours are not guaranteed; expected travel and onsite time are confirmed before booking, with 10 working days of included support from installation. No automatic renewal; future App terms require a separate written offer. No ongoing bundle discount is promised.
07How secure is the system, and can I be hacked?
No online system can promise that it can never be attacked. Your customer-owned cloud accounts use the provider’s security controls, while Tradies Bio® applies its own access and privacy safeguards. Strong passwords, multi-factor authentication and secure devices remain essential.
08What support is provided if I get stuck or need help?
New AI offers include installation, training and 10 working days of support (Mon-Sat, excluding Sundays and NSW public holidays) from actual installation, not payment or activation. Optional A$330 3-hour in-person training/support block, including round-trip travel, is selected at initial checkout; travel and onsite time are confirmed before booking, with no automatic renewal. Independent extra one-to-one work is A$110/hour, three-hour minimum (A$330), separately invoiced and collected by the Facilitator. Existing accepted support periods are honoured. See Plans & Pricing; live payment remains off pending approval. Human setup is arranged after payment, not instant.
09Will the setup work on my current phone, and can it be tailored to my specific trade?
Yes. The PWA installs on supported mobile devices, and your Facilitator configures the agreed setup around your trade, phone and day-to-day workflow.
