You own your own AI assistant, and you run the show. External subscriptions and usage charges are paid by you separately. Our installation, training and support fee does not include those charges or unlimited AI usage. Required services and known costs are explained privately before setup is agreed.
Included support is ten calendar days from actual installation, counting installation day as day 1. Optional A$66 telephone/virtual support starts on day 11 and covers three calendar months prepaid (A$22 per month equivalent), with no automatic renewal. Support covers the installed workflow, ordinary usage questions and reasonable remote troubleshooting, not new workflows, onsite work or third-party outages. Ordinary support hours are Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm Australia/Sydney, excluding NSW public holidays; contact your assigned Facilitator, or info@tradiesbio.au until assignment. It is not an emergency or guaranteed-response service. We confirm actual dates and contact arrangements after installation. Material changes to accepted support require notice and agreement to a reasonable alternative or a refund for undelivered support; accepted rights are not reduced retrospectively. Nothing limits Australian Consumer Law rights. Independent additional one-to-one work is A$110/hour, three-hour minimum (A$330), separately agreed, invoiced and collected by the Facilitator, who retains 100%.
How setup works: a person delivers it. After payment we contact you to arrange it. It is not an instantly installed assistant and no appointment is booked by this payment.
