Install a shortcut on your iPhone, use the exact phrase below, then sign in to Tradies Bio® when prompted. Each shortcut opens a working area of the PWA; it does not send your measurements or documents to an external voice service.

Open the SWMS workspace for on-site safety preparation and review.

Open quotes so you can prepare and review customer-ready work.

Open the money workflow for invoices and customer follow-up.

Open the follow-up scheduler and prepare the next customer visit.
Using Android?
Set up a voice routine.
Android users can create routines that open the same working Tradies Bio® screens in Chrome.
- Open your phone's Assistant settings and create a routine.
- Set “When I say” to Start Your Engines, Tradie SWMS, Tradie Quote or Tradie Follow.
- Set the action to open the matching Tradies Bio® dashboard screen in Chrome.
- Stay signed in, then review and confirm the work by touch.

Stay signed in to the Tradies Bio® PWA so the shortcut opens your own dashboard safely.

Say the phrase to open the task. Use touch to check details and confirm before sending or saving.
Focus Shield
Give yourself two quiet minutes.
“Tradie Focus” is a local iPhone shortcut you create yourself. It turns Do Not Disturb on briefly while you finish an on-site admin task, then turns it off again.
- Create a personal shortcut named Tradie Focus.
- Add: turn Do Not Disturb on, wait 120 seconds, then turn Do Not Disturb off.
- Say “Hey Siri, Tradie Focus”, then say the Tradies Bio® task you want to open.
